Our South Carolina and Indiana locations both
contain water jets from Flow International.  This
gives us the ability to cut hot or friction saw
blades up to 100"(2500mm) diameter.

By using a water jet for cutting the teeth we
eliminate cracks, wear lands and tooth
deformation on friction and hot saw blades.
After the blades are used, we re-cut the teeth
and can maintain tooth pitch by cutting fewer
teeth as the diameter decreases.  This pitch
correction allows blades to cut with the same
feeds and speeds during their entire life.  The
water jet process also regenerates perfect
tooth geometry.  With CNC accuracy, we cut 60
degree included angles, with or without a land
on the tooth. There is no heat created during
cutting process, so there is no possibility of
heat affected zone.  Additionally, with CNC
controls we can select a large gullet radius
which will eliminate cracking in the tooth gullet.

If you can draw it,
we can cut it.
