ThinCut™ LogSaws have been designed for an extra clean cut of hygienic paper rolls, such as toilet paper, kitchen paper, paper towels and protective paper sheets for hospital beds. They cut single or multiple paper layers of cellulose or recycling qualities.
Standard diameters include 610mm, 810mm, 870mm and 1000mm with thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 8.0mm.
All blades are evenly tensioned to maintain the best possible cut under the most difficult conditions. Low side run-out tolerances are standard and no hammer marks in bevel area ensure clean cuts and maximum use of the knife down to the smallest diameters. By using the latest technology in CNC surface grinding and our new SIMLOG™ Inventory control system, we can reduce your costs and increase your productivity.
